All astrological forecasts, compatibility matrices, tarot readings, calendar calculations, and content on OmniZodiac.com (operated by Smatire LLC) are provided strictly for entertainment, personal reflection, and educational exploration.

2. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

OmniZodiac does not provide medical diagnoses, legal counsel, investment advice, or financial forecasting. Never use astrological content as a substitute for licensed professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, calculation engine source code, and design assets are the property of Smatire LLC. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or redistribution is prohibited.

4. Section 4: Digital Archival Dossiers, Pricing & Stateless License Tokens

Optional purchases of Premium Archival Dossiers are governed by the following commercial, tax, and licensing terms:

• Age Eligibility (18+): You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase any digital dossier.
• Uniform Pricing & Digital-Goods Tax: Dossier prices are set uniformly by catalog SKU (with zero price discrimination based on birth data, location, or device) and are processed via Stripe Checkout. Applicable digital-goods taxes (US Sales Tax, EU/UK VAT, Canadian GST/HST, Australian GST, and Japanese JCT) are calculated automatically by Stripe Tax.
• Immediate Digital Performance & 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: By initiating checkout, you consent to immediate local digital dossier compilation upon payment and acknowledge the statutory withdrawal rules for immediately supplied digital content (including EU/UK Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m)). In addition to statutory rights, Smatire LLC provides a 14-Day Technical Defect & Satisfaction Refund Guarantee: contact support@omnizodiac.com with your Stripe Order Reference (cs_...)—never send birth data.
• Stateless License Scope & Recovery: Each purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial license represented by an Ed25519-signed stateless token (oz_ent_v1) valid for up to 3 local profile activations and recoverable via your .ozlicense.json backup file or Stripe Order Reference on /reports/claim/.
• One-Time Default & Opt-In Annual Renewal (atlas-roadmap Only): All dossiers default to a one-time purchase (autoChargeWithoutConsent: false). If you explicitly opt into the Year-2 annual renewal for the 12-Month Personal Transit Roadmap ($9.95/yr), pre-renewal notices are sent at 30, 14, and 7 days prior to renewal with one-click self-service cancellation.
